📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensuring adherence to quality standards and production schedules.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and components.
- Monitor production performance metrics and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency.
- Manage inventory levels and implement inventory control systems to minimize waste and ensure optimal stock levels.
- Conduct regular production meetings and provide updates to senior management.
- Leverage ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle to track production data and generate reports.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the manufacturing environment.
- Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production processes.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the manufacturing industry.
- Proven experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor a team.
- Certification in Lean Six Sigma or a related field is a plus.
- Familiarity with logistics and transportation management is a significant advantage.
