As an Executive Personal Driver & Logistics Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing professional driving services, managing logistics, and offering exceptional customer service. You will work closely with our Director to ensure that all operations run smoothly and efficiently, with a focus on safety, punctuality, and reliability.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide professional driving services for the Director, ensuring punctuality and safety.
• Manage and coordinate logistics operations, including scheduling, route planning, and vehicle maintenance.
• Offer exceptional customer service, ensuring that all clients and stakeholders are satisfied with the services provided.
• Monitor and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring that they are in good condition and ready for use.
• Assist with the organization and coordination of events and meetings, including travel arrangements and accommodation bookings.
• Support the Director in various administrative tasks, such as document management and communication.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Provide regular reports on the status of logistics operations and vehicle maintenance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a professional driver, with a clean driving record and valid driver's license.
• Proven experience in logistics management and coordination, with a strong understanding of route planning and vehicle maintenance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with a diverse range of people.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with relevant software and tools, such as Google Maps, Waze, and fleet management systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable attitude.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as transportation management, logistics, or a related discipline.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
