📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of employee and labor relations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Address employee concerns and grievances, providing mediation and resolution services.
• Collaborate with managers and department heads to implement HR initiatives and programs.
• Conduct regular employee surveys and feedback sessions to gather insights and improve workplace culture.
• Ensure the smooth onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees.
• Assist in the development and implementation of employee training and development programs.
• Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with labor laws and regulations, and ensure compliance with all relevant legislation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on employee and labor relations.
• Proficient in using HRIS (Human Resources Information System) tools such as BambooHR or Workday.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with employees at all levels.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
