🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field
• 2-4 years of experience in HRIS support or a similar role
• Proficient in HRIS software such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with HR policies and regulations is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
