As an Air Conditioning Warehouse Assistant, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining optimal warehouse conditions. Your daily tasks will include receiving, storing, and dispatching air conditioning components with precision, ensuring that every item is accounted for and properly documented. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Receive, inspect, and store air conditioning components and parts in accordance with company standards and procedures.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using SAP and WMS systems.
• Prepare and process purchase orders, delivery notes, and invoices.
• Perform regular stock counts and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Assist in the organization and maintenance of the warehouse, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment.
• Collaborate with the production team to support on-time delivery of components.
• Monitor warehouse conditions, including temperature and humidity, to ensure optimal storage of temperature-sensitive items.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse operations and efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics role, preferably in the manufacturing or air conditioning industry.
• Proven experience with inventory management software, including SAP and WMS systems.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in recording and reporting inventory levels.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Familiarity with warehouse safety procedures and compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
