📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage day-to-day operations to ensure smooth workflow and efficiency
- Oversee project timelines and deliverables to meet client requirements
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and improve productivity
- Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in operations management or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of SAP ERP and other relevant software tools
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
