📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Install, configure, and maintain server and network equipment.,Monitor and maintain system performance, availability, and security.,Provide technical support to end-users, including troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues.,Manage and maintain user accounts and access permissions.,Perform regular backups and ensure data recovery procedures are in place.,Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.,Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure the smooth operation of our systems.,Document all IT processes and procedures for future reference.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience as a System Administrator or similar role.,Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Linux, and network protocols.,Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.,Familiarity with cloud computing platforms such as AWS or Azure is a plus.,Good understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices.,Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
