Gate Den Indonesia is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Head Chef to join our team. As a Senior Head Chef, you will be responsible for leading our culinary team, ensuring the highest standards of food quality, safety, and presentation. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing restaurant chain in Baturaja, Sumatera Selatan.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement daily, weekly, and monthly menus that meet customer expectations and company standards.,Supervise and mentor junior chefs, ensuring they develop their skills and meet performance expectations.,Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and health codes.,Manage inventory and procurement of food and beverage supplies.,Oversee the preparation and cooking of food items, ensuring they are prepared to the highest standards.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, ensuring it is safe and efficient for food preparation.,Participate in the hiring and training of new employees.,Ensure that all food items are prepared and served in a timely manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role.,Proven track record of success in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and health codes.,Excellent leadership and team management skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with local and international cuisine.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
