Develop and implement financial strategies and processes to ensure the company's financial health and compliance with regulatory requirements.,Oversee the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Manage and analyze financial data to provide insights and recommendations for business decisions.,Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to stakeholders, including management, investors, and regulatory bodies.,Lead and mentor junior financial analysts and accountants.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial performance and achieve business objectives.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in financial management and reporting.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in financial management, with at least 3 years in a senior role.,Strong background in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.,Proficiency in financial software and tools, including SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.,Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements, particularly in the Oil & Gas or Power Utilities sectors.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote setting.
