📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the department, ensuring that all activities are carried out efficiently and effectively.,Develop and implement strategies to improve departmental performance and achieve the company's goals.,Lead and motivate the department team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.,Manage departmental budgets and resources, ensuring that they are used effectively and efficiently.,Monitor and evaluate departmental performance, providing regular reports to senior management.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that all activities are aligned and coordinated.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and implement relevant improvements in the department.,Represent the company at industry events and conferences, as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably in business administration, management, or a related discipline.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role, with a proven track record of success.,Strong understanding of business operations and a strategic mindset.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.,Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance requirements.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
