📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and develop key client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing accounts.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.
  • Develop and implement account management strategies to meet business objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze account performance to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure a cohesive approach to client engagement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in account management.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluency in English and Indonesian.
