Berkah Gilang Cafe & Coffee is looking for a dedicated Shop Assistant to join our team. As a Shop Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have a pleasant shopping experience. This position is perfect for individuals who are passionate about customer service and have a keen interest in the coffee industry.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist customers with their purchases and provide information about our products.,Maintain a clean and organized shop environment.,Handle cash transactions and provide change accurately.,Restock shelves and ensure adequate product availability.,Promote our products and special offers to customers.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to the best of your ability.,Assist in preparing and serving coffee and other beverages.,Participate in inventory management and reporting.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Basic knowledge of coffee and related products is a plus.,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems is an advantage.,Must be able to work both in-store and remotely (hybrid).,Ability to lift and carry up to 20 lbs (9 kg).
