Mart Web Mandiri is seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.,Oversee employee relations and conflict resolution.,Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback.,Handle employee benefits and compensation.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Coordinate with management to align HR strategies with business goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Experience with HRIS systems is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
