📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
• Coordinate recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
• Oversee logistics operations, including inventory management, supplier coordination, and transportation logistics.
• Ensure efficient and effective logistics processes, including order fulfillment and delivery management.
• Assist in developing and implementing HR strategies and logistics plans.
• Provide administrative support to the HR and logistics teams.
• Monitor and report on HR and logistics metrics and KPIs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR and logistics administration.
• Proficient in using HRIS (Human Resource Information System) and logistics software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations, particularly in Indonesia.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with logistics management and supply chain processes.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
