📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Taking and delivering food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
• Providing excellent customer service and ensuring guest satisfaction
• Assisting with table setup and cleanup to maintain a clean and welcoming environment
• Collaborating with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
• Managing cash transactions and handling customer payments
• Promoting our menu items and specials to enhance sales
• Following health and safety protocols to maintain a safe dining environment
• Adhering to the restaurant's policies and procedures, including shift schedules and uniform requirements

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a fast-paced restaurant setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with a diverse range of customers
• Familiarity with POS systems, such as Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) or similar software
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order taking and delivery
• Familiarity with Korean cuisine and dining etiquette is a plus
• Ability to stand for long periods and work in a physically demanding environment
• Must be fluent in both English and Indonesian, with basic knowledge of Korean helpful
