Every day, you’ll craft and serve premium coffee beverages, ensuring our guests start their day with a perfect cup. You’ll work closely with our team to maintain the highest standards of quality and service, and you’ll be instrumental in setting the tone for the incredible experience we’ll offer.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and serve premium coffee beverages using high-quality coffee beans and state-of-the-art espresso machines.
• Maintain and clean coffee equipment, including espresso machines, grinders, and steam wands, to ensure optimal performance.
• Manage inventory of coffee supplies, including beans, milk, and syrups, to ensure we always have fresh ingredients on hand.
• Train and mentor junior baristas to uphold our high standards of coffee quality and service.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and service staff to ensure seamless coordination between coffee and food service.
• Provide excellent customer service, greeting guests warmly and addressing their needs with a smile.
• Stay updated on the latest coffee trends and techniques to continuously improve our offerings.
• Participate in pre-opening activities, including setup, training, and event support, to ensure a smooth transition to full operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Barista in a professional coffee shop or café.
• Proven ability to craft and serve high-quality coffee beverages, including espresso, latte, cappuccino, and other specialty drinks.
• Familiarity with commercial-grade coffee equipment, including espresso machines, grinders, and steam wands.
• Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods and techniques, including pour-over, French press, and AeroPress.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to interact professionally with a diverse range of guests.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment, with a focus on efficiency and accuracy.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
