Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and optimize logistics and inventory management processes
• Lead and mentor the operations team to ensure high performance and efficiency
• Implement and monitor operational metrics to drive continuous improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance customer satisfaction
• Develop and implement strategies to scale our business operations
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies
• Provide strategic recommendations to senior management
• Represent Carsome at industry events and conferences

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
• Minimum 8 years of experience in business operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Proven track record of driving operational excellence and achieving business objectives
• Strong understanding of logistics, inventory management, and customer service operations
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle
• Certification in Six Sigma or Lean Six Sigma is a plus
