📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees and end-users.,Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues in a timely manner.,Maintain and update IT systems and software.,Monitor network performance and security.,Assist in the implementation of new IT solutions and technologies.,Train and mentor junior IT staff.,Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures.,Collaborate with other departments to identify and address IT needs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support roles.,Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure and systems.,Familiarity with network protocols and security measures.,Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Valid IT certification (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+) is a plus.
