📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead the planning, design, and execution of civil infrastructure projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Conduct site inspections and surveys to assess project feasibility and identify potential challenges.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution.
• Prepare detailed project reports, including progress updates, cost analyses, and risk assessments.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and environmental guidelines.
• Manage project budgets, including cost tracking, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in civil project engineering, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other industry-standard software.
• Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
