📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and customer preferences.,Maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and presentation.,Manage inventory and ensure that ingredients are available and fresh.,Supervise and train junior staff to ensure consistent service quality.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Manage time effectively to meet daily production targets.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the restaurant.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Chef in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and ingredients.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with food safety and hygiene standards.,Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new recipes and techniques.,High school diploma or equivalent. Culinary school or certification is a plus.
