📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.,Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.,Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify trends and opportunities.,Provide regular reports and presentations to senior management on sales activities and performance.,Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and build relationships.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development or sales roles.,Proven track record of success in sales and business development.,Strong knowledge of the tourism and hospitality industry.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
