This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless flow of spare parts and components across our global supply chain, driving efficiency and cost savings.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sourcing and intelligence initiatives to optimize our spare parts procurement process. You will work closely with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure timely delivery of spare parts, while also identifying opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement.

Develop and implement strategic sourcing and intelligence initiatives to optimize spare parts procurement process,Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure timely delivery of spare parts,Identify and implement cost reduction and process improvement opportunities in the spare parts procurement process,Conduct market research and analysis to identify new sourcing opportunities and potential suppliers,Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of sourcing and intelligence initiatives,Develop and maintain comprehensive sourcing and intelligence reports for senior management,Collaborate with the Global Logistics & Supply Chain team to ensure alignment with overall supply chain strategy,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sourcing and supply chain management🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field,Minimum of 10 years of experience in sourcing and supply chain management, with a focus on spare parts procurement,Proven track record of developing and implementing strategic sourcing and intelligence initiatives,Strong understanding of global supply chain operations and best practices,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills,Proficient in using sourcing and supply chain management software and tools,Ability to work in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with a global team,Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of Indonesian language is a plus🛠️ Keahlian
