📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Provide direct patient care and ensure the delivery of high-quality healthcare services.
  • Manage a team of nurses, including delegating tasks, providing guidance, and ensuring compliance with healthcare standards.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of nursing protocols and procedures.
  • Monitor patient progress and coordinate care with other healthcare professionals.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the nursing unit.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
  • Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the development of the nursing department.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Staff Nurse in a hospital or healthcare facility.
  • Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
  • Valid nursing license and certification.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
