🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Insurance, or a related field.,Minimum of 10 years of experience in reinsurance, with a proven track record in a leadership role.,Strong understanding of reinsurance products, markets, and trends.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset.,Proven ability to manage and lead teams effectively.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Knowledge of Indonesian insurance and reinsurance regulations is a plus.
