📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the accounts receivable process, ensuring accurate and timely collections.
• Monitor and analyze receivables to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve cash flow and reduce DSO (Days Sales Outstanding).
• Collaborate with sales and credit teams to manage credit policies and collections.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports for the accounts receivable department.
• Provide training and mentorship to junior staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in accounts receivable management.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounts receivable management in the retail industry.
