Answering customer inquiries and providing product information,Promoting our products and services through effective communication,Maintaining a database of customer information and follow-ups,Ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving any issues promptly,Achieving sales targets and contributing to team performance,Collaborating with the marketing team to develop effective promotional strategies,Participating in training and development programs to enhance skills,Maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor in all interactions

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year of experience in telemarketing or a related field,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills,Proficiency in using computer and telecommunication systems,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus,Valid SIM card and reliable transportation,Willingness to travel and work in different locations
