PT Pratama Cempaka is looking for a dedicated Deputy Teacher to join our team in Manado. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about education and wants to make a difference in the lives of students.

As a Deputy Teacher, you will work closely with the Head Teacher to ensure the smooth running of the school. You will be responsible for assisting in the delivery of lessons, managing classroom activities, and supporting students in their academic and personal development.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist the Head Teacher in planning and delivering lessons
  • Manage classroom activities and ensure a positive learning environment
  • Assist in the assessment and evaluation of students' progress
  • Support students in their academic and personal development
  • Attend to students' disciplinary needs and maintain school rules
  • Assist in the preparation and marking of students' work
  • Attend meetings and staff development activities
  • Perform other duties as required

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience
  • Strong knowledge of the Indonesian curriculum and teaching methods
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well in a team and manage classroom activities
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus
  • Valid teaching certificate and ID card
