📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to end-users, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.,Install, configure, and maintain IT systems and software.,Monitor and maintain network infrastructure, including servers, routers, and switches.,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.,Ensure the security and integrity of the company's IT infrastructure.,Document IT processes and procedures for future reference.,Support the IT team in maintaining and improving IT services.,Participate in IT projects and initiatives as assigned.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support or a related role.,Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure and systems.,Familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems.,Experience with network protocols and technologies.,Good problem-solving and analytical skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
